Horizons on the splendid Val di Cornia panoramic and comfortable two-room apartments

Orizzonti del Castelluccio has for the rental of 2 new apartments finely furnished in elegant Tuscan style and well equipped with decorated walls and fine curtains. Both apartments have an independent entrance and as exclusive and independent appliances the parking space, a large panoramic courtyard with wooden tables and chairs and each of them accesses an exclusive, always independent staircase to a terrace / solarium (furnished with sitting area in rush) panoramic on the splendid and uncontaminated Val di Cornia. Both apartments are equipped with TV - SAT, DVD, WIFI, safe and independent heating. Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen is included in the price.
The Fringuello apartment is ideal for 4 people and in particular for a couple with two children. It is composed of a living-dining room with a large and bright skylight, a double sofa bed with a regular mattress, a fitted kitchen with appliances, well equipped with dishes and a dishwasher. A double bedroom with internal window. The functional and comfortable bathroom is composed of: sink, bidet, toilet and large shower with cabin. The apartment is also equipped with mosquito nets. There is also a brick barbecue available for use in the apartment.

From the patio of the apartment you can enjoy the view of the splendid and unspoiled Val di Cornia. The 180 degree panoramic view ranges from medieval towns such as Monteverdi Marittimo to the sea which is about 15 kilometers away from the village on the main road.
The residence where the apartments are located is 50 meters away. from a complex of services with swimming pool, restaurant.
In this complex you can attend the swimming pool ca. 25x15 m., Opening from 1st June, closing 31st August on payment on the spot.

Great Location, Stunning Views..

Weeks holiday with Wife and son. Anna was lovely and despite arriving late she was more than happy to wait and communicate by WhatsApp. The villa was great. Extremely clean and well equipped. The patio and sun deck were ideal and gave a choice of sun or shade. Air Con in the villa worked really well, which was handy in 30degree heat. Anna arranges passes to the pool ( only 20yards down the hill) 70eruos for the week. A fantastic place to sit on the lounges and take in the views of the Tuscan Hills. Only sight down point was the shower door that was broken and took a bit of work to get it to shut. Not a major complaint in the big scheme of things and overall a superb week and would happily use Anna and her villa again...
