Right on the beach and comfortable

The hotel staff are really sweet and welcoming. The location is perfect. The hotel needs some upgrading with regards to furnishings and shower cubicle and the WiFi login system is very much outdated. All in all though it was a pleasant stay and the breakfast was good.

Lovely hotel - great value for money. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Accessible to the beach, restaurants and public transport. We had a twin and a double room. Twin beds were apparently quite uncomfortable, but double was fine for us. Lovely adequate breakfast. Didn’t use the pool as it was typically in the shade, and the beach was just there! There were always lifeguards on duty at the times specified. The beach felt safe with water of approx 1m for 10m or so off shore. Only real downside was the neighbouring hotel which seemed to have a party club vibe from 10am until about 11pm with regular full blast warblings of off key karaoke. I like music and a lovely holiday vibe but this did drive us from the beach on more than one occasion. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as good value for money, decent location and welcoming, helpful staff.

Great location on the beach among other six and seven story hotels. Likely was an elegant, refined hotel when it was built now slightly worn and out of fashion. With that said, the rate I paid was so low I was surprised how nicely kept the place is. Included in the very affordable rate was an extensive, very good breakfast Buffett that offered scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, bacon, an array of meats, fruits, yogurts, breads, and pastries and coffee to order in a dining room with panoramic views of the Adriatic. That alone was worth Euro 15-20. The staff was exemplary.

good stay at montsilvano

Very good stay at montsilvano. the breakfast room had very good view. the room which is with see view was confortable. the sea view was minimal from a corner. The breakfast is with a complete service. like if you want a bread, they need to give it to you. I donot like such complicated stuffs but the staff are remarkably nice and gentle

Etter å ha kjørt 5 timer fra Otranto som var utrolig hyggelig ble dette hotellet en gedigen skuffelse. Det står at det er inkludert selvbetjent parkering og privat strand. Når vi så kom så var ikke parkeringen inkludert. Det står med liten skrift et eller annet sted at parkering må bookes direkte med hotellet. Vi har faktisk ennå ikke funnet ut hvor det står når man booker. Vi endte opp med at vi måtte kjøre rundt og lete etter gateparkering. Betjeningen er sure og lite service innstilte.Når vi så etter lang tid endelig kom oss til rommet så viste det seg at bilder fra Hotels.com var langt fra sannheten. Hele hotellet er slitent og møkkete . Rommet var som å gå tilbake til 70 tallet. Møkkete og gammelt. Vi gikk så ned på stranden og skulle legge oss på solsengene men det viste seg at stranden heller ikke var med i oppholdet. Da måtte vi opp i resepsjonen og betale for både solsenger og for og bade på stranda. Vi prøvde så bassenget men der var det ulovlig å bade uten badehette. Dette var det værste stedet i løpet av våre 10 overnattinger så langt på turen. Ser mange kommenterer at hotellet er flott og det gis høy score. Dette må være juks eller folk som kommer fra veldig lave standarder. Styr unna dette elendige hotellet.
