Bed and Breakfast in Montesano Salentino

"2 night stay just outside Gallipoli. Beautiful masseria. Large room located down steps in a covered 'courtyard' area. Felt rather enclosed with no real outdoor view from the window. Unable to open window for fresh air as there were people smoking in the courtyard area. Comfortable room. All amenities in bathroom. Hot shower but unfortunately had one night with no hot water. Kettle & fridge provided. Breakfast ok. Partner enjoyed the coffee. "

"Posto eccezionale, curato nei minimi dettagli, pulito e tenuto benissimo. La stanza è spaziosa con bagno privato, pulita e ben arredata. Ogni stanza è anche dotata di tavolino all’esterno e di uno stendino. La colazione si fa in una sala dove il proprietario è disponibile ad ogni tua esigenza. Ogni mattina brioches fresche e un ricco banchetto per ogni gusto. Il personale disponibile e gentilissimo, ci mette il cuore e si vede. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e quando è arrivato il momento di andarsene...

La masseria è immersa nella tranquilla campagna salentina, un luogo di pace e natura dove staccare completamente dalla città. "The day before ous stay we were informed that they had no room for us the first day. The alternative they offered was not an option in any way. The staff at the hotel was most friendly, but how this was managed is not nice on a planned vacation. Moscitos in and outside the room in the bottom of the building, a bit damp and not easy to sleep when the aircondition didnt work one night, but the outside garden was wonderful. "Una villa a 5 min da Gallipoli, posizione più che strategica se volete girare più spiagge da Punta Prosciutto a S.Maria di Leuca. La gentilezza di Claudio e sua moglie è stata molto apprezzata, sono delle brave persone che amano molto quello che fanno e si vede. Colazione molto buona: sono vegana e mi hanno riservato ciò che volevo mentre il mio fidanzato ha amato i pasticciotti che poi siamo andati a comprare 🤩 abbiamo seguito i loro consigli su mare e cibo e non abbiamo sbagliato un colpo....
