"How do I add photos?"

"I canceled the booking. Hotel was closed when we arrived. I have to spend the night in the car with my 98 year father and two sisters. I want a refund. "

"Very cold, no breakfast and no dinner offer in the accompanied restaurant. For non spanish speaking people a real challenge. The cleaning staff was most helpful to support our stay. For spanish speaking it might be much easier. Any flyers or door inscripts for the workflow would be helpful. Anyhow, price and tidyness was very ok !! "

"The hotel itself is fantastic with its patio garden, wonderful sun terrace and lovely rooms but the owners were away for our stay so we had no bar or restaurant, and the swimming pool was covered over. We were let in and told we had to find our own food in the village which is harder than it sounds on a Sunday in Spain. We did find a little shop where we could buy some snacks and cans of drink for the afternoon and we were able to get an evening meal at the only bar which was open and serving...

"Como resumen: la construcción es increíble, recreando una auténtica hacienda. El personal es fantástico, especialmente Fatima, la recepcionista. Pero hay una clara falta de personal y de coordinación, que finalmente se resuelve gracias a la buena voluntad de los empleados. Llegamos a las 8pm y nuestra habitación estaba sin hacer, otro día no cambiaron las toallas… Todo resuelto gracias a la buena voluntad de cada uno de los empleados a los que acudimos con el problema. "
