The Space
Our apartment is the only one this close to the walls of Monteriggioni Castle, a unique and privileged location for experiencing the magic of the village.
The apartment features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, including an induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, Lavazza coffee machine, a kettle, sets of plates and glasses for water and wine, breakfast mugs, coffee cups, cutlery, and dishes.
In the same room, you’ll find the living area with a comfortable sofa where you can relax while watching the 55-inch TV.
2 comfortable bedrooms: 1 with a double bed, and the other highly versatile, which can be converted as needed into a second double bedroom or a room with three beds.
2 full bathrooms: one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
A beautiful terrace accessible from both the living area and the master bedroom: the ideal spot to watch the sunrise and enjoy breakfast during the summer months.
The real highlight is our courtyard/garden with a unique and marvellous view of Monteriggioni Castle. A completely fenced-in and exclusive area where you can relax, play with the children, or enjoy a nice aperitif or a lovely dinner while admiring the castle walls.
We provide bed linens, a set of bath towels, a welcome kit, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, a barbecue, and cleaning supplies and equipment.
The house is equipped with a fire extinguisher, a carbon monoxide detector, and smoke detectors.
The house features private parking in the courtyard with an automatic gate and an alarm system.

Guest Access
The apartment is reserved exclusively for guests.

Other things to keep in mind
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (including e-cigarettes). Guests who smoke may do so on the patio or in the garden using the provided ashtrays.
