The hayloft is situated on a gently rolling hill and is sourrounded by a large fenced-in outdoor area with views on the countryside. Peaceful position. A nice swimmingpool of 12x6 m with a spillover rim, is located in a slightly secluded area, opened from the 1st may to the 30th of september.
Location: 3 km Castellina Scalo (food shops, banks, chemist, etc.), 3,5 km the fascinating walled town of Monteriggioni, 5 km the picturesque town of Colle Val D'Elsa (all kind of shops), 20 km Siena, 25 km San Gimignano, 45 km Florence, 30 km Volterra.

Fantastic House!

Monteriggioni is the perfect location between Siena, San Gimignani, and roads to Chianti. The hosts Marcela, Enzo, and Alessandro really made us feel at home and comfortable. The property is beautiful, quiet, with unforgettable sunsets! Time at the pool is refreshing and relaxing, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The authentic Italian kitchen was perfect for creating your own breakfasts and dinners. The bathrooms with showers have all you need, and the beds are really comfortable - we all slept great every night. We didn’t want to leave our new friends, and we can’t wait to visit again! Ciao for now!

Un beau séjour au calme au milieu de la Toscane

Les avis favorables nous avaient aiguillé vers cette location et nous n'avons pas été déçu : La location se situe au calme dans la campagne Toscane au sein d'un petit domaine rénové en plusieurs appartements chacun bénéficiant d'une terrasse privative. L'immense jardin clôturé est parfaitement entretenu et est agrémenté d'une table de ping-pong et d'une belle piscine, au combien agréable après une belle journée de visites. En effet cette location au calme est idéalement située pour visiter la Toscane : proche d'une entrée de la voie rapide qui rejoint Florence à Sienne, à proximité immédiate de Monteriggioni et du village médiéval de San Gimignano - On se sent rapidement bien dans cette location : Marcella est une hôte discrète et attentionnée parlant parfaitement bien le français. Bref nous avons réellement apprécié notre séjour et recommandons vivement cette location.

Bonjour, je voudrais remercier Marcella, Enzo et Alexandre pour leur accueil chaleureux, leurs maison "la grange" est superbe, tout confort est très propre, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Le tout géographiquement bien situé et très proche de tous les endroits a visiter Florence à 30 km, Sienne a 12 km,... Sans oublier la piscine, un véritable régal!! Ci vediamo Alfredo, Chris, Maureen et Chloé

Un petit paradis toscan

Un seul commentaire : PARFAIT ! Nous avons séjourné chez Marcella et Enzo avec nos deux enfants de 12 et 14 ans. La grange est superbe et parfaitement équipée. L'endroit est très reposant après les visites (Florence, Sienne, le Chianti,...) et la piscine avec vue sur la campagne rend le séjour idéal. Nous recommandons cette maison de vacances. Petit bonus : Marcella parle parfaitement le français.

Très bien

Logement confortable dans un cadre calme et une campagne toscane verdoyante. Séjournant à deux couples , nous avons apprécié les deux salles d'eau. Une remarque cependant sur la petite chambre qui est équipée d'une façon spartiate. Propriétaires accueillants( merci pour la bouteille de Chianti) et Marcella parle un français impeccable. Concernant la cuisine, l'équipement en casseroles et poêles est usagé et mériterait d'être remplacé. Situation géographique épatante pour découvrir Sienne et toute une partie de la Toscane. A recommander.

"Un havre de paix... Mieux que ce que l''on pensé, les photos et descriptions ne reflètent pas le bien etre que l''on a pu trouver ici . La courtoisie, la disponibilité et la discrétion des propriétaires nous ont complètement séduit. Idéal pour des vacances en famille avec des enfants meme en bas ages. La région est magnifique, les grandes villes Toscane sont à proximité. Plus encore, dans un rayon de 30 km il a de nombreux villages à explorer, tout simplement magnifique. Nous y retournerons sans aucuns doute ! "

"La location se trouve da...

"La location se trouve dans un environnement très bucolique, au milieu d'un paysage typiquement toscan. Peu éloignée des différentes villes de Toscane présentant un intérêt touristique reconnu. Un havre de paix. Le logement est agréable, propre, et l'équipement conforme à la description de l'annonce. L'accueil y est charmant et la propriétaire parle parfaitement le français, (entre autres)ce qui facilite les explications. Malgré les explications précises de la propriétaire sur le chemin vers la location, le premier accès supporterait une petite signalisation supplémentaire au niveau des derniers embranchements. Excellent séjour."
