The receptionist said housekeeping were home for the day and they could not fix it, even though their system noted it was a twin. Was told to deal with the double or have the couch set up. Turns out, all they had to do was unzip the mattress and remake the beds. It kind of felt like they didn't want to make the effort to fix the situation at first."
