Our room was very clean as was the bathroom. She did offer to wash up some clothes for us as we are traveling on the road. "When I arrived 4pm there no one at the restaurant I have to get the help from coffee shop opposite to call them up and waited half an hour. Later the restaurant reopen til midnight. "Francesco and Melissa were great hosts in this stunning house. They gave us loads of information on where to go during the days and where to eat in the evenings (excellent restaurant every time). The breakfast was nice and beautifully prepared, like everything else they did (attention to detail was perfect). "When we arrived we were shown a room about 20 sq m. We had reserved an apartment room 55 sq m, with full kitchen. After showing them my reservation I was told the room wasn't available because they were under reservation. The whole front of the building is scaffolded and looks like it has been like this fir awhile. We had to find another place in the evening as we had food that would spoil. My advise.DO NOT STAY HERE. He offered to have our rental car company call him, since our Italian is terrible and we didn’t know where we were! "The property is well off SP16 and so is very quiet. We had an issue with the water at first, but the property manager took care of it ASAP. It's very convenient to many of the small hill towns and the coast is not very far away. What a treat to stay in this trulli!"

"Park Hotel San Michele is situated in Martina Franca, a short walk from the town's lovely historic center and many restarants and coffe shops. Though it is situated in the center, the hotel and garden offer a quiet respit fron this bustling town. Enjoying the pool, garden and loby was wonderful. The included breakfast was very nice, served in a beautiful hall or on the lovely terrace. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Rooms were recently renovated, immaculately clean."
