We had an issue with the view from our room when we arrived but the manager (think her name was Tatyana) went out of her way to sort this out for us. The rooms were spotless - the towels were changed 2 or 3 times a day! The beach is a great addition to the amenities and the view there is spectacular. "There is a not pleasant situation with the parking. The hotel Parking is very small , it is closed and is not clear that the big Parking that was open is private and cost money. The staff in the hotel didn’t told us when we asked that maybe we parked in the wrong place. There is no chance that someone for the first time in this hotel will know about the parking"

"This is an expensive hotel which does not disclose all charges in advance. At checkout we were charged a service fee of 10% for every drink and meal purchased despite having already tipped the staff at time of service. Then we copped 20 euro per night for car parking in the hotel's own basement car park which was listed as "included"."

"A beautiful hotel in an exceptional location, perfect for exploring the city. We did experience a misunderstanding with our room upon arrival and were initially given the wrong room. However, the issue was fixed and we were moved to the correct room on our second night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the attentive and courteous staff."
