Entrance into a large living area with a double sofa bed and access to a sea-view balcony – modern and fully equipped kitchenette – two double bedrooms on the mezzanine level – two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower box. The property also includes a dishwasher and air conditioning in the sleeping area. Pets allowed.

    Self-check-in - via box with keys for which a code will be provided on the day of arrival.

    Advance payment by bank transfer within 7 days before arrival or by credit card on the day of arrival.

    The price includes:

    - rental

    - consumption of water, electricity and gas

    - 24 hour on-site assistance

    - initial and final cleaning

    - the supply of bedroom and bathroom linen for all beds in the house

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer Bahnlinie. Was das Schlafen nachts durch höllischen Lärm leider negativ beeinflusst.
