"The hotel is nice, but not happy that the rooms are not cleaned for 3 days and the guests have to go downstairs to request towels, it was so much dust in the room and had a spider web in the corner. If you take a shower it should be obvious that towels would be used and should be replenished , should not have to go downstairs to request them"
