The house is located in the town of Montellà a few km. from Martinet and Bellver de Cerdanya, an ideal area for family tourism and to enjoy the best mountain routes in 'La Cerdanya'. Next to Prat del Cadí, an area with many trekking routes
Places of interest:
The Nordic ski resorts of Lles de Cerdanya and Aransa, and 45 minutes from La Molina and Masella. Bellver de Cerdanya is about 10 minutes away and Andorra about 40 minutes
In the municipality of Montellà-Martinet in the province of Lérida, you will find the Church of Sant Genís ( S.X ), the Martinet bunkers, the Lles-Aransa cross-country ski slope and the innumerable routes and excursions to the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park , one of the most beautiful places in the Catalan Pyrenees for its impressive views of the north face of the mountains, with its unmistakable rock walls.
