It stands on a 12-hectare hillside property, in the centre of a large garden, and is surrounded by oak forests and terraced olive groves. An oasis of tranquility with an unparalleled view of the Umbrian countryside, on the border with Tuscany. It features two apartments, both with a bathroom and a kitchenette. The entire outdoor area is reserved for guests, who can take walks, enjoy the silence far from the city, admire nature, or take a dip or sunbathe by the pool.
