The private pool, available from June 1st to September 30th, is a true haven for relaxation and enjoyment. Our enclosed garden offers splendid views of the hills below. The outdoor area is equipped with comfortable loungers, patio furniture, and a barbecue for unforgettable meals.

The villa's common areas are spacious and welcoming, with modern decor and comfortable seating. You can enjoy meals in the well-appointed living room and relax on the sofas, complete with a TV and entertainment options. It consist in two huge ground floor flats, sourrounded by an amazing panoramic garden.

Explore the surrounding area of Montelabbate with its many attractions. Pesaro beach is just a 20-minute drive away. Visit the historic center of Urbino, a UNESCO World Heritage site, 25 minutes away. For nature lovers, the Monte San Bartolo Regional Park offers unforgettable hikes.
