Imperiale!

Sara' la giornata di sole autunnale ed il giusto equilibrio tra struttura termale e presenze nelle piscine (esterne ed interne), sara' la disponibilita' e gentilezza del personale (tutto, compreso chi ha tirato fuori un ottimo accappatoio taglia 60), sara' la serata di "Gala" con cucina fantastica, Chef in sala a tagliare la carne, candele e tutti a correre e servire in maniera impeccabile....ma io, se fossi in voi, un salto ce lo farei....io lo faro' senz'altro. Grazie per tutte le coccole ricevute! Due clienti molto soddisfatti.

Alles, was man sich in Montegrotto wünschen kann

Haben 5 Tage Anfangs April dort verbracht. Personal top, hilfsbereit, freundlich. Schöne Parkanlage. Kompetentes , freundliches Personal auch im Spa-Thermal Bereich (hatten Fango, Sport- und Rücken-Massagen und Ayurveda Behandlung). Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

L'unica nota negativa è stata al momento del ceck-out, in quanto la receptionist ci ha fatto il conteggio di tutto il soggiorno (pernottamento + gli extra), noi le abbiamo risposto che le camere erano state già saldate al momento della prenotazione, tramite agenzia on-line, quindi dovevamo solo dare la differenza degli extra, lei, invece di verificare ciò che le stavamo spiegando, ribadiva in modo piuttosto INSISTENTE e ad alta voce che non trovava il pagamento. Finalmente dopo nostra insistenza è andata a consultarsi con un suo collega e il problema (che era loro!!!) si è risolto.Non mi è piaciuto il comportamento, perché a tutti può capitare di sbagliare, ma bisogna farlo in maniera PROFESSIONALE, e magari scusandosi con i clienti visto che ci siamo sentiti accusati di un mancato pagamento.Per il resto Hotel consigliato.

Quiet hotel

Out of the way, no easy access to public transportation! I reserved 3 rooms for 3 nights and I was given the smallest room! 2 other rooms are more spacious, one even has a wooden floor while the other room has a worn out carpet! Room and board is recommended, not much selection of restaurants nearby! Otherwise, it is a nice quiet place to stay for R & R!

Camera spaziosa con cassetta di sicurezza, grande bagno, fornitura di accappatoio e ciabattine, pulizia ok, troppo caldo soprattutto di notte, il riscaldamento è sempre acceso. C'è il ristorante anche a prezzo fisso, non ci abbiamo mangiato ma è una comodità. Colazione con scelta abbondante di dolci e salati. Belle piscine sia quella coperta che quella scoperta, forse non troppo pulite. Si permette ai clienti di frequentarle senza cuffia. Posizione hotel non adatta a chi vuol fare la passeggiata serale in paese, serve l'auto. Wi-fi copertura pessima, spesso non funzionante. Solarium non funzionante anche se presente sul sito internet. Servizio massaggi deludente. Look un pò da rinnovare. Lo ritengo adatto per brevi permanenze. In complesso sono soddisfatto del mio soggiorno (due notti).

Una notte m'è bastata per dire che la zona esterna è bella, le piscine ed il giardino sono confortevoli, sembra di stare in un'oasi. Però il neo nero è lo stile dell'albergo, non tanto la facciata, quanto gli interni, anche se sono belli ampi e spaziosi, sono cupi grazie, purtroppo, agli arredi troppo scuri. Avevo letto che era stile anni '70, ma troppo bui.

Schönes Hotel zum Entspannen

Gutes Hotel mit sehr schönem Zimmer und ansprechender Thermenlandschaft. Etwas abgelegen, zur Ortsmitte ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Service und Personal absolut in Ordnung, nur das Frühstücksbuffet sowohl von der Lokalität als auch von der Qualität her eher mittelprächtig. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist aber auf jeden Fall ok. Hotel zum Entspannen absolut empfehlenswert.
