Overall the room was decent Clean and fresh. Friendly and helpful staff, food was delicious, karaoke in the lobby was fun. It was an overall great experience. My only issue was that I did not have hot water my 1st night, I waited for about 20 mins, it did not get hot and the tub began backing up

The air conditioner kept leaving and the floor was always wet . Bathroom was extremely dirty and felt like hell to take a shower. I wouldn’t recommend staying there unless it’s just a day pass . Entertainment and food was good

Hotel is pretty rundown unfortunately. No elevators, food was decent 5/10. Staff very friendly. First day we got there hot water wasn’t working but I guess you have to let it run for 5-10 minutes lol. Check-in took pretty long, room wasn’t ready til almost 5pm which was crazy b/c I’ve never experienced that. A lot of shopping markets outside the resort, but make sure you’re with someone.
