Had safety issues

After checking in we had serious safety concerns. My party did not stay one night at that location. We immediately found another place to stay. Vrbo was not very helpful in this area. I contacted Vrbo and told them my concerns. I told them I was going to send them photos of which I did. On my first contact with Vrbo it was never mentioned that if it was a safety issue they would have found my group another place to stay. After I followed up with them a few days later asking about a refund then I was told it was to late to do anything. So I was out over $900.00.
