Brackish Villa - Entire Home for the Whole Fam

This beautiful, airy and spacious villa sits on 1/4 acre of fruited land. It boasts 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms, each with their own private Bathrooms, an additional half bath, a large Family Room and Exercise Space/Play Area. Located just 3 miles from Ocho Rios centre, access to local and commercial attractions is a breeze.
The entire house is yours! There is a front great room which opens out to a patio, with ample seating and a 6-seat dining table. The family room in the back has a flat screen tv with streaming services included. There is a powder room and play/workout area.
Once you’re ready to turn in for the night, retire to one of 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Grab a snack from your fully-equipped kitchen, or if you’re restless... sit under the stars at your garden table on the grounds or lounge in one of the hammocks.
The home is walking distance to White River Rafting and other attractions, though pedestrians beware in Jamaica! 20 minutes to Golfing, 6 minutes to the Beach, 5 minutes to Blue Hole.

I truly enjoyed staying at the property. It was just as pictured and enough room for my family of 10. It is in a great location that was easily accessible to every where. The issue we had was dealt with immediately. I’ve told other family members about this place and would stay there again in the future.

Ok, if you like country life and not fussy

Located in a rural busy residential spot outside of Ocho Rios town. You had to be careful as the sharp right turn to get to the area where the place was located was scary. The roads were really bad to get to the house but then again most roads are horrible in Jamaica. The listing had 4 bedrooms when in fact there were only 3 bedrooms. Personally I would have preferred a more modern bathroom and cleaner look however we got what we paid for. The place served us well for our event but listing was misleading with a few things including check in time..I took a screenshot of that but didn’t even bother to send as Communication with the property manager was curt. The security system beeping all night nearly drove the light sleepers crazy and the security deposit for the event was not refunded even though we made sure the place was left clean and tidy.

Totally Awesome

If you are looking for a home away from home this is the place to be.The accommodating was great.A/C in all bedroom was a big plus.With my noisy family I was impressed that they didn’t disturb the entire neighborhood.Very laid back setting.Mr Moses the property manager was very helpful and patient with us.
