Book a Montefrio Cottage

"Wonderful small family hotel, with a charming decor; welcoming helpful and attentive staff. "

"I stayed two nights at this hotel. The location is fairly central and I found it easy to park. The reception staff were friendly. The room was clean. The problem was that there was no breakfast (despite what it syas on the website). I was there on a sunday morning and a monday bank holiday morning, so it was not easy to find anywhere open early for breakfast. There was a kettle in my room and a single, rather aged looking green tea bag."

"Excellent choice for Priego! Staff is extremely helpful and the hotel is small but charming. Breakfast is nice and parking was quite convenient. Location is difficult to get to but once there, you’ll appreciate that it’s in the loveliest part of town. Didn’t do the baths...maybe next time."

"Amazing view, great location and service minded owner. "

"Check in was easy, woman working at reception was very nice, efficient, welcoming."

"Great view, good location, the only thing to note, that we hadn't realised when we booked was that the spa was an additional up charge. Located well for visiting Andalusia"

"Very nice place to stay- great value "

"Nice and clean, with a good location, just off the highway. "

"Old style Mediterranean, has seen better days but ideal for the purpose... In its former glory, likely very posh, but time and economics change all things. still a cool place, very busy every night - hotel feels pre war era -"

"Everything was perfectly fine during my stay. The staff were extremely helpful and always ready to assist with any requests, which made me feel very welcome. One great perk is the free coffee and tea available 24 hours a day, which was a lovely touch and very convenient. The hotel is also very well positioned, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay."

"Beautiful place to stay and the price is very low. "

"Totally fine for one night, nice staff!"

"Good if they renovate bathrooms, rest was amazing and the staff was incredible"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nogal in Peligros from September 18 to September 19, 2026. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent, something we really appreciated after a long day of traveling. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the hotel restaurant. The food was excellent, and the restaurant service was equally...

"great location and amenities"
