"We had a terrible experience from check-in to check-out. The lady at front desk was rude, she almost didn’t say one word. The room AC was not working. I talked with them, they said they can’t fix and also did not have other room. We sleep two night at 90F. The breakfast suppose to open at 08:00 but it still close at 08:30. Lake of professionalism and management "

Although i was less bothered because price wasn't the most expensive and i only come back to sleep, the hotel is very noisy and dirty and rooms are in a rough shape, the daily cleaning is not bad, but the base state of the hotel is very bad : - you can hear everything, other guests coming and going, people going up/down stairs, zero sonor isolation... - Dirty walls and cracked ceiling, - veery small and moldy shower. - very old furniture "
