The property features 3 double bedrooms with high-quality king-size Reactive mattresses; one of the bedrooms is equipped with two beds that can be separated upon request. The property now features spa facilities, including a Finnish sauna with a view of Mount Sibilla and a heated spa pool for six people with a panoramic view. The spa facilities are included in the property’s rates and are available year-round. There is a spacious kitchen equipped with a hob, oven, toaster, citrus juicer, refrigerator, pod coffee maker, moka pot, and dishwasher. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, an iron, and an ironing board. Villa Serra is strategically located in the Monti Sibillini National Park; in just a few minutes, you can reach Montemonaco, Lake Gerosa, La Sibilla, Monte Vettore, Montefortino, Amandola, Comunanza, Sarnano, Montegallo, Norcia, Castelluccio di Norcia, and Ascoli Piceno—a historic pre-Roman city—are all just a few minutes away. The villa is situated in a small hamlet with only 20 year-round residents, in a very peaceful, quiet area surrounded by greenery, meadows, and woods. It’s perfect for families who enjoy peaceful, relaxing moments—from leisurely walks to food and wine tastings—or for those who love mountain biking and riding along the picturesque dirt roads that lead all the way to Montemonaco.
The small hamlet is situated facing the Sibillini mountain range, in a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by nature amid meadows and woods. A car is required to reach the villa. To explore the area from the villa, you can also ride a bicycle or mountain bike along paved roads, dirt roads, and green meadows. Villa Serra is a 5-minute drive from Lake Gerosa, one of Italy’s few mountain lakes.
