Schaut jeden Tag vorbei wegen Pool und Whirlpool, dabei aber immer im Hintergrund; bei Fragen jedoch sofort zur Stelle. Die Villa steht auf einem riesigen Grundstück und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Gerade auch für Leute die gerne länger aufbleiben sehr gut, da man niemanden stört. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. "

"The property is beautifully located in a very tranquil hamlet. At the moment the house and garden are not being maintained adequately. During our stay we had no hot water for the first few days and the internet connection that was advertised was not available. The kitchen had not been properly cleaned and there was food in the cupboards that had gone out of date long before our arrival. The only thing to take into consideration is the drive from the bottom of the mountain to the villa: it can be a little tricky up the hill if you’re in a small car. "Very quiet place off the beaten track. You need a car to get to town. Owner was very nice and helpful. Apartment is small but has everything that is needed. To get to the bath room at night is a little challenging but we managed. We would rent it again if we come to the area."

"Just do it! This home is perfect! Great home for a group, giving your guests privacy and space. The saying a kitchen is the heart of a home is so true. We appreciated the kitchens location, separated from all sleeping spaces allowing early risers to be in kitchen without disturbing anyone. "Such a beautiful and authentic villa. A setting no less than perfect for a proper stay in the Italian country side. Just a 10-minute walk from Stia and yet fully private. Lucia was the perfect host - always willing and able to help with any questions we had. We've been spending holidays in Italy for near on 20 years, always agri turismo and this place is up there among the very best. Five-star ratings from me are few and far between, but Lucia and her place definitely earns all five stars."

"We were a group of 29 (14 adults, 15 children aged 5-17) and we had a wonderful week at Casa sulla Roccia. The buildings are beautiful inside as well as outside, and the surroundings and the view are gorgeous. The apartments are spacious and private, and the property has ample room for large groups to get together. Everything is nice and clean. All of us - but especially the kids, of course - enjoyed the spacious pool. Guiseppe and Marina are extremely helpful and gave suggestions for shopping...
