Accessible independently, this accommodation will allow you to discover Montech, the Pente d'eau and all the must-see sites of Occitania.
The accommodation has an independent entrance leading to a pretty shaded garden with a terrace.
On the ground floor, the accommodation offers a living room and a dining area. The living room is equipped with a convertible sofa bed and a Smart TV. The dining area includes a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave with grill, induction hob, built-in dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster...).
On the 1st floor, there is a large bedroom with a queen-size bed, an office area, a library and a children's corner. Adjoining the bedroom, the bathroom is composed of a sink with storage, a large walk-in shower, a toilet and a storage room with everything necessary for cleaning, laundry, ironing...
Bed linen (bed upstairs 160x200 and ground floor 140x190) and towels are not provided (extra charge on site: for 1 to 2 people: €15, for 3 to 4 people: €25).
Cleaning is not included in the price and therefore remains to be done by the tenants. (extra charge on site: €25)

Access is via a key box located above the white postbox. You have to open the white wrought iron gate to access the garden, then the entrance to the accommodation. The accesses and the garden are entirely intended for accommodation. The accommodation is entire, independent.
