We reserve a room with two beds, when we arrive we specifically request and I ask for the room with two beds, the person in the front desk said " yes ,it is a room with two beds, we got charge for one room with two beds.
Went we arrive in to the room we noticed it's was only one bed.
I walk to the front desk and I ask the person what happens to my room?
She said to me very quickly " this is all we have , we don't have nothing else,
Im very despondent
We never received any refunds , or any explanation
Poor customer service, horrible
