Breakfast isnt available all the time. Carpet was so dirty and if you stay 2 days they dont clean your rooom. You have to ask fro clean towels. .

This property needs some major renovations and needs to get better on cleanliness. Our AC smelled like mold to the point where we had to just shut it off and deal with the room temperature over night. A towel had a bright red dot on it that looked like blood. The hot water took 8 minutes to come on and once it did, it fluctuated between hot and cold. To top it off the maintenence person saw me struggling to bring in my luggage on a luggage cart through a non automatic opening door. Instead of helping me out by holding the door open so i could come in easier, he snickered and continued texting by his truck parked up front. I will never stay at a quality inn ever again.

The staff at the hotel were excellent , especially the crew that covered the breakfast area. Always helpful and ready to assist with any needs. The one major, major flaw was the availability of hot water. I was informed in order to get hot water you need to let the water run for ten to fifteen minutes! I never heard of such a thing, especially during the drought situation in California. One morning the water in the sink was hot so i decided to wash my hair in the sink. After I had lathered up, the water turned cold. Needless to say rinsing out shampoo with cold water wasn’t very pleasant.

The hotel is really convenient location. just across highway exit and near by entry. Only thing I did not like was I found couple of german cockroaches in bedroom.

Good price
It’s a good price. We stayed 4 nights while visiting family over Christmas. The phone in our room was not working, they do have a phone downstairs for guest to use. The shower in the room did not get too warm and/or warm enough. Room service is only provided upon request or every 2 nights but they are willing to give you clean towels. The business center is not working, luckily I was able to find my phone. Breakfast was provided but we didn’t not partake. The room was clean. The hotel is a bit old, but good for the price.

It is in an industrial park. They have security in the parking. It was safe but it gave me a feeling of uneasiness. There was no threat and the staff was excellent.

Good customer service, good breakfast, calm place to stay. Some of the furniture of the room and condición of the bathroom is bad, not worth the price of the stay, plus used toilet paper in bathroom.

Dirty, old, poor service, no blanket for the pullout sofa in my suite- not ONE extra blanket in the hotel - c’mon. Thankfully we keep blankets in our car. Carpet filthy and just SO old Stayed here bc my daughters team chose this hotel. Never again for me

Side door was left open and unsecure in a fairly seedy neighborhood. When you walked in the side door it smelled of stale vomit, and maybe urine. There were prostitutes trolling the semis parked out back.

Overall my stay was good. I had a nice room. The only thing is that the hallways felt so dark and my room was almost at the end of the hallway. I was scared to go in my room because i was alone and saw some men leaving thru the back of the floor. Otherwise everything else was great.

The laundry facilities did not have a soap vendor in the laundry room, but offered $2 boxes of laundry soap at the front desk, but I wouldn't have known w/o asking. Greedy over the cheap breakfast. Only option was low quality coffee, pancakes & cereal for you to access, no milk even. They give u a ticket to make sure you dont steal their cheap breakfast & u give it to the attendant who suppervises you. My attendants barely knew English. When I asked wheres the rest of the food she said to "eat my pancakes". I asked again & she told me "she'll bring me bacon" but she continued to sit after minutes? I again asked & explained I came for a full breakfast then a guy came with a tiny portion of food (2 paper thin peices of bacon & bits of bland eggs & potatos.) I asked for more bacon but was denied. I also asked to bring plates up for my kids, but was also denied, eventhough my son is autistic & cant handle being in that area. Everything wasnt too dirty, Outside area seemed good like a 6.5 out of a 10. nice pool no hot tub though. I like that windows open to get fresh air, but the screen was torn & curtains wouldnt move to the side away from window. The bathroom vent was broken, didnt work and shower was slow to drain. The light kept flickering in the room. Desk staff were nice & helpful.

First, the room is not clean second the sofa old and it’s not clean like a dirty dirty. Looks like I can’t say it in a language, but you have to guys change it even the bed is not clean the laboratory. Bad Pelo it’s not clean.

We reserve a room with two beds, when we arrive we specifically request and I ask for the room with two beds, the person in the front desk said " yes ,it is a room with two beds, we got charge for one room with two beds. Went we arrive in to the room we noticed it's was only one bed. I walk to the front desk and I ask the person what happens to my room? She said to me very quickly " this is all we have , we don't have nothing else, Im very despondent We never received any refunds , or any explanation Poor customer service, horrible
