"Busy airport property dealing with constant traffic in and out at all hours of the day. Good shuttle to/from the airport. LA hotel prices at the on site restaurants."

"Rooms-very worn furniture and bedding/towels. Room was crowded, as they are trying to fit two beds in too small of a room. Checkin staff was nice but others around the hotel were not friendly. Parking is terrible, as there was not enough and spaces are too small-my car has several dings from the cars next to us opening doors on us. "

Step right up and enjoy employees who treat basic customer service like it’s optional, rooms that clearly haven’t seen a proper cleaning in who knows how long, and bathrooms that redefine “low standards.” Experience luxury with paper-thin, questionably clean towels, and toilet paper so thin it practically disintegrates on contact. Need privacy? Not here. Enjoy a “bathroom door” made of flimsy closet panels that don’t lock and leave a wide gap for anyone to peek through. Sleep like never before on a mattress that feels about three inches thick and completely shot. And for the grand finale, pull back your sheets and discover someone else’s pubic hair waiting for you. Nothing says hospitality quite like that. All of this, wrapped up in a rundown, poorly maintained property that somehow still manages to be overpriced.
