Cozy Nature Retreat
On The Edge was a perfect stay for myself and friends. We came down to stay for a concert at The Caverns and this location is convenient for that. Communication was smooth for check-in and check-out. If I ever happen to be in the area again will definitely be on the lookout for Retreat Vacations.

Great place for rest and reflection
This tiny home is too cute! Everything in the home was well taken care of, clean and perfect for a relaxing weekend. It was peaceful and just what I needed for some intentional rest and reflection. I definitely plan to go again!
Just like the others we have previously stayed in, this property was immaculate. I cannot say enough good things about this adorable little community. It’s close enough to Monteagle restaurants, yet far enough away from any noise pollution.

Nice Stay
We enjoyed a nice weekend away for our anniversary and this little cabin was perfect for the two of us. We loved the hike down to Deerlick Falls, very pretty! The property was in a nice location to get to Savage Gulf State Park, Monteagle, & Tracey City. Love the firepit and the close proximity to the stream down the hill. My only complaint is that the house had a lot of white dog hair from a previous visitor. All over the couch & floor, which ended up all over our clothes and feet. Some more attention to cleaning would have been nice. Overall, nice stay and we will likely be back to try another tiny home.

Great stay!
Clean, cute home in a wonderful location. Easy drive to everywhere you need to get to, and although it is not “secluded”, you feel that way! Fire pits are the best added touch. We will be booking again!
The tiny house was as advertised. The check in process and instructions were clear and well thought out. The home was clean and well stocked. Highly recommend.
On The Edge in the Retreat is quiet, comfortable and clean in a truly beautiful setting. A tiny house that doesn't feel too tiny...just a stroll from lovely hiking trails and a quick drive into town and on to Sewanee. We cooked in the kitchen, which was well stocked. We love this area. Thank you!
We stayed here attending a concert at The Caverns. Perfect place to stay! Exactly as described! We would love to come back!

Great location for a quiet weekend
Nice home for the two of us - we didn’t use the loft but it looked perfect for small children. The Deer Lick falls community was very quiet and just a short drive down the mtn to the Caverns. I would suggest some outdoor cushion covers to protect the deck furniture. It’s a covered porch but the furniture still got wet with rain and a very humid time of year.
We stayed at this property overnight for a Chase Rice concert at the Caverns. It was perfect for me and two friends. Close proximity to the Caverns, clean property, and great host communication. We’d definitely stay again!
This is our first stay in a tiny home. We were very impressed with its design and functionality. It is also nice that it is located in a gated, quiet community.
This was a nice, quiet getaway for my husband and I. We had a great time driving around experiencing Monteagle and the surrounding towns. Highly recommend The Dixie Lee Diner for breakfast, Papa Ron’s Steakhouse, and Shenanigans (in Sewanee).
