"The Villa is not only one of the most beautiful places on earth but also comfortable warm and inviting. The accommodations are gorgeous and the food is magnificent! The staff is a dream~ so kind and personable. I highly recommend as it will be a trip of a lifetime !!!!"

"Our room should have been cleaner. The tub was dirty and there was some dust on the switches. The patio door was open when we checked in.. The room location was not good as we looked out onto a patio that looked like an employee smoking area. The carpets in the hotel were old and in some areas thread bare. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station, so the location is convenient."

"Palazzo Perugia ist genau das was der Name verspricht. Man befindet sich in einem wunderschönen alten Herrenhaus mit hohen Decken, Steinböden, herrschaftlicher Küche. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Holzfensterläden innen super zum Verdunkeln. Der Garten und der Ausblick lassen einen einfach nur genießen. Der Pool ist riesig und nicht tief, ideal zum drin spielen, er wurde zweimal gesäubert. Die Liegen sind so leicht dass sie problemlos an schattigere Orte getragen werden können. Die Tischtennisplatte ist gut geschützt und wurde ständig bespielt. Wir haben das Angebot eines Dinners und einer Pastaklasse angenommen und hatten tolle reichhaltige leckere Erlebnisse mit Riccardo und Elena. Die Eigentümerin Farzana hat immer sehr schnell reagiert und auch unsere Wunsch nach einem Tag Verlängerung wegen Brennersperrung war absolut problemlos. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter Andrea war nett und unkompliziert.Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist ein teilweise sehr holpriger Feldweg, darauf sollte man sich einstellen, aber es lohnt sich!!"

"Beautiful quiet location, great pool and well maintained gardens, with some beautiful roses. Restaurant was excellent. It's about 25 minutes from Montepulciano but it's an easy drive and country roads. has the advantage of being 20 minutes from Castiglione del Largo and Lago Trasimeno. Staff were very helpful."

"The location is fantastic. Just steps from the shopping and restaurants. The hotel is old fashioned and charming. The bathrooms are in need of an upgrade both fixtures and lighting. But it’s quirky ways also are the very thing that makes it charming. I would ask for a room furthest away from Via Nationale as that street can be loud at night. They have a nice breakfast each morning w an option to eat in the outdoor courtyard. Their sweet staff will bring you speciality coffees to enjoy!"

Casina in authentic Tuscany

"This was a beautiful property in a small classic Tuscany town. Everything about the apartment was charming, as was the garden on the grounds. The kitchen and bathroom are small but efficient and we had no trouble when making our own dinner with ingredients bought from the Coop grocery store (a 10 minute drive). The location was perfect for our day trips to Cortona and Lake Trasimeno. But it was truly the hospitality of the hosts that made it so special for us. We were greeted with their own vintage of red wine, home-made cantucci, and bruschetta. The host was so friendly and made our stay absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend."
