"Our stay was short and sweet. Beds comfortable for a good night's rest. A great restaurant "Aurora Ristorante Dinamico"right around the corner. Shopping across the street. Ilaria, our check-in host was kind and helpful. Room was clean and tidy."

"The room itself was nice and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel amenities ARE NOT INCLUDED. Be aware that if you want to use the hot tub/pool/sauna, you must pay PER HOUR and by reservation. Depending on the time of day it cost 15-30 euro per person. This was unclear from the Expedia listing and the hotel’s website. Granted, the spa area is quite nice-we ended up paying for it. The staff on arrival was ambivalent at best. We could hear her in the back when we came in but she did not come out. I gave a hello-still nothing. After ringing the bell, she came out after a minute and glared at us. Not a great welcome."

"Excellent spa facilities and a lovely position just outside but overlooking Asiago and the surrounding countryside. Plenty of parking. Can walk into the town on an (unlit) country track in about 15minutes , longer if by the main road. Comfortable room lacking a fridge and water heater, which would usually be normal for a 4 star hotel. "
