We arrived at 3:00 pm tired from traveling, the staff was rude and not helpful. Elevator was so slow we had to carry our own bags up the stairs to our room.
Room was not as described, very small and hard to navigate around the bed, without falling because there is a step down a couple of feet on right side of bed, ridiculous feature. There were 4 towels, 3 stained and one that appeared to not have been washed at all. When I approached the front desk to complain, the attendant a young man, started laughing. He was joined by the bellmen, who also thought it was funny.
Following morning we were leaving for airport, manager approached me to say she was sorry and would apply a 100 Euro credit to my account, which she did not do. I am disputing the charge on the basis of service, cleanliness and lack of truth in advertising.
