Fattoria di Vibio, a majestic farmhouse surrounded by nature, featuring a pool and spa

La Fattoria di Vibio is an exclusive luxury retreat nestled in the lush heart of Umbria, within the Monte Peglia and Selva di Meana Park, recognised by UNESCO as a MAB Biosphere Reserve. Located in Doglio, a hamlet of Monte Castello di Vibio (PG), near Todi, it offers an oasis of peace and absolute privacy, far from mass tourism, with breathtaking views of the Umbrian hills stretching to the horizon.
This charming property, carefully restored to preserve the rustic charm of traditional Umbrian farmhouses while incorporating modern comforts, is perfect for small, exclusive groups, large families, or friends seeking an authentic and personalised experience. The entire estate can accommodate up to 20–25 guests in total comfort, with flexible layouts that include the main house, adjacent guesthouses, and standalone cottages, offering a total of 7–10 bedrooms (depending on the chosen combination), private bathrooms, and generous common areas.
The interiors combine understated elegance with a warm, homely atmosphere: spacious, air-conditioned rooms, comfortable beds, rustic-chic furnishings, and modern bathrooms. The living areas feature cosy sitting rooms with fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, high-quality kitchenware), and dining rooms perfect for convivial dinners. Outside, there are panoramic terraces, well-tended gardens with olive trees, cypresses, and Mediterranean vegetation, and relaxation areas surrounded by nature.
The highlight is the private panoramic infinity pool, surrounded by lounge chairs and a sun deck with spectacular views of the valleys and medieval villages: an ideal place to swim, relax at sunset with an aperitif, or organise special occasions.
To round out the wellness experience, the panoramic wellness area offers spaces to rejuvenate: a sauna, a hydromassage/jacuzzi area, massage options, holistic treatments, and yoga sessions outdoors or in dedicated spaces, immersed in the silence of the countryside.
The property is eco-sustainable and respectful of the surrounding environment: energy efficiency, harmony with nature, and locally sourced, zero-kilometer products. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property, ample private parking, personalised service, and attention to detail ensure an impeccable stay. (Pets welcome upon request; check availability).
