On the first floor: living room with fireplace, open to the dining room with another fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen.

The porch surrounds the house and on the side of the kitchen there is a table equipped with benches that seats up to 13 people seated.

The house is surrounded by a forest and a park of 4 hectares, with olive trees and fruit trees: apples, peaches, plums, cherries. Also a small tomato garden available to guests

The bbq is great and allows you to make beautiful lunches based on good Umbrian meat.

Montecastello di Vibio is a beautiful medieval village where there is the smallest theater in Europe with 99 seats.

Nearby there are the most beautiful art cities of the Umbria region: Bevagna, Spello, Assisi, Montefalco.

Great stay in Umbria

The house (both the main house and the guest house) worked great for our group. Kids loved the lawns, it is a pleasant 20-30 minute walk up the hill to town, and it is well located for day trips to all of Umbria’s sights.
