    Immersed in the lush Mediterranean scrubland of Argentario, Villa Euforbia SeaView is the ideal home for an authentic and relaxing vacation, just 200 meters from the beautiful beach of Le Cannelle. Located in an exclusive area accessible only by residents and guests via two automatic gates, the villa ensures absolute tranquility, safety, and privacy.

    The villa is approximately 12 km from Porto Santo Stefano, along the scenic coastal road connecting Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole.

    The villa's rustic furnishings are deliberately classic and welcoming, featuring wooden furniture and simple details, for a vacation far from urban and modern style.

    Important Information:

    The house is surrounded by nature, so you might encounter domestic cats (owned and from the surrounding woods), butterflies, birds, typical animals of Monte Argentario, and, naturally, insects such as mosquitoes. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets, and additional mosquito nets above each bed can be provided upon request.

    The house is entirely on one floor. The road accessible by car is located above the house (in a higher position); from the parking area to the villa entrance, there are two small flights of stairs.

Ottimo soggiorno per le vacanze di Pasqua

Grazie a Carmela e Pier per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così piacevole. Siamo stati benissimo a villa Euphorbia, abbiamo potuto portare i nostri cani e il nostro gatto. La casa è ben posizionata nella zona delle Cannelle a cinque minuti a piedi dalla spiaggetta (peccato che ci abbiano costruito un residence), in mezzo agli ulivi e alla bella vegetazione dell'Argentario. Un piccolo angolo di paradiso, specialmente fuori stagione quando è più tranquillo. Dalla casa si raggiungono alcune belle calette a pochi minuti di macchina, la nostra preferita quella detta del Mar Morto. Carmela e Pier oltre a consigliarci un' ottima trattoria ci hanno accolto con un delizioso dolce! dalla spia

un posto dove rigenerarsi, e dove trovare gentilezza e disponibilità

L'unica cosa che rimpiangiamo è quella di esserci stati troppo poco! Carmela e Pierfrancesco sono degli ospiti straordinari, sempre attenti, discreti e accoglienti. Il luogo è da sogno. Immersi in una vegetazione prorompente, a pochi metri a piedi da una costa straordinaria, abbiamo vissuto dieci giorni bellissimi. La casa, (è particolarmente godibile lo spazio esterno) è dotata di tutto quello che serve, ed è attrezzata con amore e generosità. Grazie!

Schöne Villa mit dem Garten

Haus hat alles, was notwendig ist, und noch vieles mehr. Es war genug platz für uns alle (2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 Kinder). Betten waren in Ordnung. Moskitonetze über jeden Bett. Tolle Veranda mit großen Tisch, Stühlen und Liegen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die wohnen eine Etage tiefer und können immer helfen. Von Anfang an haben Sie uns die Tipps gegeben, was man in der Nähe anschauen kann, wo kauft man ein und welche Wein ist gut. Wir waren eigentlich ziemlich zufrieden mit der Villa. Das einzige, was uns gestört hat, war die Serpentinenstraße 2 Mal täglich. Wenn man die Ruhe und Einsamkeit sucht, ist die Villa einfach perfekt. Ansonsten muss man diese Fahrt in Kauf nehmen.

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane e siamo stati davvero bene in due famiglie con 4 bambini. La villa è molto comoda sia come posizione, sia come attrezzature. Eccellente lo spazio esterno attrezzato con tavolo e zona barbecue. Il comprensorio è meraviglioso, selvaggio e riservato, la meta perfetta per chi cerca una vacanza rilassante! I proprietari sono molto disponibili e ci hanno dato suggerimenti utili su posti e mete nei dintorni.

Perfectly located villa, great value for the money

We go already the third summer in a row to the same place. The reasons are clear: friendly owners, perfectly located villa (200 m to Le Canelle, one of the most beatiful beaches on Monte Argentario) and a great value for the money. The winding road goes through the national park with beatiful views, the place is quiet and family friendly. Cozy villa is offering privacy, great view, shaded terrace with large table, nice little garden with sunbeds, and all the infrastructure needed for a relaxing vacation, Owners Pier and Carmela are very nice people, always offering valuable advice and help.

casa per vacanze ideale

Abbiamo scleto di trascorrere una settimana a villa euforbia perchè anni prima eravamo stati nelle spiagge a lei vicine. Abbiamo trascorso veramente una splendida vacanza. La casa in ottime condizioni è attrezzata per famiglia numerose (noi eravamo in 9). Non mancava proprio nulla. Io amo cucinare anche in vacanza e la cucina era fornitissima. Le attenzioni ai piccoli particolari rendono speciale tutto il soggiorno (zanzariere alle finestre, zanzariere pensili per i letti, passeggino in dotazione, persino materassino per la spiaggia!!). I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili a tutte le informazioni. Prima della firma per l'affitto sono stati molto chiari nello specificare che la casa era particolarmente isolata dal centro abitato ed attenti per capire se villa euforbia rispondeva alle nostre aspettative. La consiglierei ad amici.

Posto stupendo, per un relax assoluto... Vista che mozza il fiato... Spiaggia a 2 passi davvero e la gentilezza e disponibilità della famiglia Armati e' stata eccezionale... Fortemente consigliato a chi vuole godersi un po di relax a contatto col mare e la natura... Ah un consiglio se dovreste soggiornare qui, non portatevi niente davvero perché c'è proprio tutto e anche di più... Un'altra cosa, la pulizia era perfetta... Andrea S.

A remote sanctuary!

This place was a perfect getaway for the summer, close to the incredibly crystal blue sea and remote enough to have a real peaceful vacation. Pier and his family were very hospitable and accommodating on all accounts.

RELAX IN FAMIGLIA

Siamo stati ospiti di Villa Euforbia quest'anno. La casa si trova in un ambiente protetto silenzioso e incontaminato (è un consorzio di piccole villette sistemate a terrazze sulla costa sud dell'Argentario dove possono transitare solo le vetture dei residenti o degli affittuari) . Eravamo due nuclei familiari con tre bambini piccoli. Le stanze sono disposte in modo da non disturbarsi a vicenda e i due bagni hanno reso la convivenza facile e rilassante. Connessione internet wifi, televisione satellitare, cucina attrezzata e letti comodi. Il patio esterno con barbecue è stata la nostra sala da pranzo per tutto il soggiorno (15gg). I proprietari Anita, Carmela e Pierfrancesco sono stati squisiti, sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta, gentili e premurosi. La spiaggia libera Le Cannelle è a 250mt e ci si arriva con una passeggiata di 5min in un contesto privato. Il mare è pulitissimo, grazie anche alla presenza di sassi e sorgenti di acqua dolce (un ruscello arriva direttamente in spiaggia ed è comodissimo per far giocare i bambini) con un fondale di assoluto fascino e la possibilità di affittare lettini e ombrelloni a prezzi contenuti (7€) oppure di sistemarsi autonomamente. Si possono affittare le canoe per fare un giro nelle calette vicine o all'isola rossa. Sulla spiaggia c'è un ciringuito suggestivo presso cui si può anche mangiare sia a mezzogiorno che alla sera gestito da ragazzi giovani e simpatici. Il complesso è dotato anche di una piscina con ristorante annesso, ma non ci siamo mai andati. Grazie al suo isolamento lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuole "staccare" dalla vita di città e dallo stress e godersi sia il mare che l'entroterra suggestivo dell'Argentario. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!
