"Hotel very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Dining and breakfast service good, quiet secure location with no noise disturbance overnight. Decor and general building appearances are tired and need improvement but there does appear to be a regeneration program currently in progress. Good hotel have used it numerous times over the years for overnight stops."

"Stopped here for two nights on our way back to the UK. Very convenient bus service into Amiens centre. There is a shopping mall next door with a hypermarket and a few choices for eating. The room was quite small but comfortable, a fan was supplied but opening the window cooled the room sufficiently. Check-in is quite late at 1700 but went smoothly, plenty of parking spaces. There is no lift to the upper floors. The breakfast buffet was a bit limited but ok, dinner at the hotel restaurant was quite good. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Lovely connected double rooms. Great breakfast. Hotel is conveniently located, but next to a busy road so not an attractive location. Only problem was very noisy air conditioning, whooshing and gurgling even when turned off. "

"Ideal location on edge of old town, very friendly staff. Concierge made contact before arrival to offer help with parking and any special requests. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered a good selection of tasty food and the orange juice was superb!"
