Book a Montcresson Cottage

"This hotel has been an Auberge since the middle ages and we enjoyed it as a welcome rest after a long flight. The beds were very confortable and the area was quiet. Showers were modern with lots of hot water. We strongly recommend opting in for the breakfast on the terrace which was excellent."

"Good location to stay"

"Everything was great. Friendly personnel, good atmosphere och the golf course was excellent. On top of this the restaurant was superb. "

"Nice hotel, excellent restaurant "

"Einfach genial was sie aus einem alten Getreideapeicher gemacht haben. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, Bad war sehr sauber. Auf jeden Fall lohnt es sich dort zu übernachten! Der Ort selbst ist auch ein Ausflug wert."

"Étape agréable. Personnel très sympathique."

"Our host met us upon checking in, he was very kind, willing to share information about the property and the area, our room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was prepared fresh for us daily."

"rien à signaler."

"This property operates as a 2-3 room B&B in a large old manor house between Vezelay and Fontainebleau. We had a very large quiet room in the two flights up attic on the third floor. The bath was modern and the bed comfortable. We pre-arranged for four course dinner which the proprietress cooked and served. The grounds were remarkable, with a small river running through and lots of flowers."

"Good"

"Accueil parfait et chaleureux Hôtes adorables !!! A recommander vivement "

"We didn’t stay at Le Cheval Blanc as it was closed for holidays, Hotels.com advised of a nearby chambres d’hôtes and we stayed there ‘Au clos de Charny’ which was lovely, our only problem was our room was up two flights of steep stairs. The room was spacious and clean with a large comfortable bed, a very nice shower room with a good shower. The breakfast was superb, a great choice of cheeses and charcuterie, breads, homemade jams, fresh fruit salad and yoghurt. The host is a lovely lady too."
