"Day / night 1 - no towels in the room... had to call, then while in the shower - had to find both the soap and the shampoo dispensers were empty. Did not get re-filled untill the 2nd notice on the 2 night. Ice maker on sixth floor not working

"The only thing that I disliked was that the hotel parking lot was full and we couldn't park there and had to park at the red robin parking lot and hoping our car wouldn't get towed way. Then to have to talk to the hotel with all our luggage sucks. Hopefully that issue can be fix."
"My husband and I went to WWE Summer Slam & needed a nice hotel away from Newark! This hotel was the best- staff was so helpful and sweet and welcoming. We stayed in the Jen room and it was so comfortable, and homey!! We loved the candy closet, the library room, the gym & the breakfast service! "

"We traveled to and from Jersey and NYC everything was in a reasonable range, and good safe neighborhood. Pictures are just like the property on line, only feedback is a better bed( uncomfortable and loud) and to get rid of the 1 ply toilet paper. Other than place is very clean and brand new! "
