Un peu déçu par le service restaurant, ma demande de table n'ayant pas été prise en compte je me suis retrouvé à attendre, pour finir par ne pas manger, plus d'1 heure d'attente, j'ai passé mon tour. Je n'étais pas le seul dans cette situation. On sentait un peu de manque d'expérience à gérer le souci. Rien de bien grave, on aurait quand même pu m'offrir un verre pour patienter. G Copin

Praktiskt och trevligt hotell när man är på genomresa. Enda saken som irriterar mig är att hotels.com inte beskriver öppettiderna för restaurangerna på hotellen. Då vi har lång resa väljer vi hotell med egen restaurang. Ofta hamnar vi i situationen att restaurangen är stängd utan att det finns upplysningar om det, vilket är oerhört frustrerande.
