Find yourself at the gateway to the Ariège Pyrenees in this former independent school on a large enclosed plot of land 4km from the village. An ideal place to meet up with your family. Montbrun Bocage, a town renowned for its traditional Sunday market, cultural events, hiking trails and fishing spots. Nearby tourist attractions: Natura Cheval Ariège 9km away, Sequoia Vertigo Accrobranches 15km away, as well as Montesquieu-Volvestre, Cazères water sports centre (water skiing, buoy pull) and Saint-Girons 22km away, Foix 44km away and Toulouse 80km away. On the ground floor: separate kitchen, dining room/living room. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm) (1 double bed 140cm) (1 double bed 140cm) (1 single bed 110cm + baby bed), bathroom, separate toilet. Carport, small games room with library, laundry room with access from the outside including toilet and shower room, washing machine. Electric heating.
