"Horrendous experience! Host should be struck off your listings. The first thing he said to us was ‘hotel finished’, meaning we weren’t welcome. We assumed it was because we didn’t check in within the hour timeframe given, even though we rung the host to explain beforehand. Room filthy and a very cheap bed with 2 thin matteresses/long cushions on it!! "We had an amazing time at Château La Rametière. The place is stunning — beautifully restored, full of character, and super cozy. The hosts made us feel really welcome, and the breakfast was honestly one of the best we’ve had. It’s such a peaceful spot, perfect for relaxing. Would definitely come back!"

"Nice B&B outside of town. Owner very pleasant and provided a wonderful breakfast. Nice location 35 minutes from Mont St. Michel. Nice stop for the night then just an hour drive to Normandy D-day beaches, sights and Airborne museum the next day."

"Le logement ne correspondait pas à ma réservation. Nous devions avoir une cabane dans les arbres avec spa privatif . Nous n’avons pas eu le bain nordique privé et la cabane était juste sur pilotis . Nous avons dû payé le spa pour une privatisation d’une heure à hauteur de 72€ pour 4 . Le gérant nous a proposé d’y aller une demi heure plus tôt pour dédommagement. Nous n’avons pas pu vu qu’il était privatisé l’heure précédente . Le rideau de douche est encrassé et le ménage laissé à désirer ....

"Nous attendions ce séjour depuis longtemps, un super accueil nous a été fait. Mais après c'était beaucoup moins bien, un salle de bain avec la paroie de baignoire qui tombe, des joints noir, des peignoirs qui ont déjà bien vécu et rêche... Un système balneo qui ne fonctionnait pas... Aller on va se rattraper dans l'espace bien être... Ça continue, une piscine froide, trois pauvres appareil de sport dans un état miteux.... Un petit déjeuner à 17€ par personne avec charcuterie et fromage : obliger...

"We loved our stay here! It was so quaint and lovely. The staff are wonderful and spoke fluent English. There are two units which house guests- we loved the view of the charming garden from our room. Although we got in too late to book time at the hot tub, we did get to enjoy a lovely afternoon in the conservatory. We also ordered coffee for room service and it was delightful!"

"They upgraded my room to one with a private bathroom free of charge due to most of the hotel being occupied by male construction workers. It was greatly appreciated. Only downside is the location, as there is nothing around except a few grocery stores that close early and the closest bus is a 20min walk away. Aside from that, it was a great little spot and the staff was lovely! "
