"Our stay at this house was absolutely lovely. The house wasn't perfect or too modern, so don't go here if you're expecting to find too much luxury in the house. However, this property has left us nothing to wish for. The area is beautiful and the view was amazing. "We enjoyed hot, sunny, cloudless days and made good use of the shady parts of the garden which affords total privacy and looks out over a reservoir. The property is fairly remote, with no shops or restaurants within easy walking distance so a car is essential. Accommodation is not as spacious as it seems on the website but it was fine for two of us and there is obviously work still going on to renovate other parts of the building. Decor is stylish and the kitchen is well-equipped."

Everything was as represented, Amy was terrific to work with, the home and pool are beautiful, the village is idilic, the countryside gorgeous! We had a record breaking heatwave, yet the house managed to remain comfortable, and the pool was terrific! We hope to return as soon as possible!!"

"We were transported back to the 13th century which is the age of this beautifully restored gîte. Our hosts Pascal and Christine were welcoming and answered all our questions about the area. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Local amenities such as a foie gras cooperative and boulangerie in nearby Riguepeu and Vic Fezensac were part of our feeling of being at home among new friends."

"The gite exceeded our expectations and Bruno was an amazing host/neighbour who made sure our stay was everything we wanted. The property is lovely and was really cool during a very hot August. The gardens offered cool shade and a plenty full supply of fresh fruit. And then there was the lake which was just gorgeous. Just so good in so many ways....we will back 😊"
