  • Welcome to Le Mas du Gaudon, a charming Provençal villa in Montauroux, perfect for family or group getaways in a peaceful, green setting.



    The Property

    Nestled in the heart of Provence, this characterful villa offers tranquility and relaxation. Surrounded by a lush garden, it’s filled with golden light and the sound of cicadas. The spacious, bright living room, inviting dining area, and fully equipped open kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher) create a warm atmosphere.



    Bedrooms & Bathrooms

    Three bedrooms with king-size beds (180x200), two with en-suite bathrooms. One upstairs bedroom has two extra single beds (90x200). Air conditioning throughout. Bed linen and towels are provided.



    Outdoors

    Large terrace with barbecue, landscaped garden, and private pool—perfect for cooling off under the Provençal sun. Main house accommodates 8 guests.



    Annex (Mazet)

    Available on request for an extra charge: bedroom, sofa bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room, and private outdoor space. Mazet sleeps 4 (must be requested; available for an extra fee).
