We found this a great restful break and a great start to our holiday. I’ve bases it all 5 stay on the price of the stay £140 for a family of 5. "The house being rented is the gaurds house next to the road. The yard is fully enclosed and gated. Our family 16 and 19 year olds really enjoyed this property. They got their own rooms with friends. They played pickel ball. We walked to the bakery. We saw fawns in the morning by the castle. The castle is needing renovations to the point that it is condemned. "Great staff , very good breakfast, lots to do close by (shops , restaurants etc) a little hard to get to if driving and not familiar with the area. GPS kept trying to bring us down streets that didn’t allow vehicles, ended up parking a couple blocks away and walked there . But would stay again"

"you know what you get with an ace hotel, parking was secure and right opposite the entrance, and its not far off the motorway too, front desk was friendly and helpful as usual, and a quick check in as we had paid in advance, arrived in the middle of the night, the door was locked but the bell worked instantly, room was as expected , clean tidy and of premier inn standard in the UK, highly rate this brand of hotels for travelling, electric Tesla chargers almost opposite too, didn't take the breakfast (never do) but it looked pretty good, cannot rate this chain enough, I've booked this for years and won't change having tried many of the other brands in this price range. bed was comfy, shower was clean and powerful too. towels are on the thin side but clean and fresh."
