Private Beach Access (Hither Hills residents only): 3 minute walk from house but free parking pass is also provided with a key for private parking next to beach

-1 King, 2 Queens and 2 Single beds. Bedroom walls and doors are soundproofed for privacy

-Pristine bathrooms with heated floors

-Large eat-in kitchen with premium appliances (induction stove top) and all essential cookware

-Large leather couch and 65 in. Samsung Smart 3D TV and Bluetooth Sound Bar Speaker in Living Room (Renters can access their Netflix, Hulu, & Amazon Prime accounts on TV)

-Expansive new wrap around composite deck with remote control deck awning and LED lighting. Views of the ocean from all vantage points on deck (fishing boats can be seen day and night)

-Patio furniture including recliners and a large table with umbrella for outdoor dining and BBQ's

-Premium outdoor propane gas grill

-Private outdoor shower with hot & cold water

- Towels, bedding, beach chairs, new washer & dryer, etc. all provided
