The staff was unfriendly and the taxi fare was way more expensive than it was to downtown Rome. That was a bit disappointing and made getting around a little tricky. "Ottima posizione, personale gentile e disponibile ma struttura non organizzata per un b&b, camera assolutamente spoglia : letto matrimoniale, letto aggiunto e comodini, abbiamo dovuto chiedere uno stand per appendere i vestiti e una sedia di appoggio. Camera molto piccola. Bagno pulito, a parte due ragni sul soffitto, ma assente di appoggi per asciugamani. E' assente una guardania pur essendo la struttura isolata. Il prezzo è troppo alto per l'offerta, abbiamo usufruito della colazione...

"Excellent location on our way to Naples. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. The room was very small. Next time I would opt for something bigger. The desk clerk spoke no English. I muddled through in ‘Italian’. The high point here is the restaurant. It’s worth going out of the way to dine here. Amazing food and the waiter spoke a bit of English. The menu was translated so not a problem at all. No breakfast."

"The exterior of the hotel is beautiful. It is centrally located in Rieti as well. So, if you are wanting to stay in the city center, I would recommend this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind as well. But be warned, this hotel has been touched since ~ 1950ish. To say it the hotel is outdated would be an understatement. "
