"Villa on gated estate, own pool,spacious garden. Beg.Oct. estate was quiet. 2 outside covered dining areas. 2 comfy armchairs along with 6 sun beds, so plenty of outside seating. "We arrived around 8 pm. We had contacted them because we were not sure if we could check in on time, but that was no problem at all. We were received very friendly. The owners were also easy to reach for questions and they responded quickly. The apartment is very complete. Nice terrace, great kitchen with all amenities, washing machine, great bed and large TV. "Die Lage des Hauses ist toll. Die Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Kommunikation waren hervorragend. Denise kümmert sich super nett und sehr schnell um alle Anfragen. "The property was lovely, it would have been good if we told in advance that we had to pay an extra €6 per day to heat the pool. The pool was cold and dirty for most of the first week. The pillows were too thin and one double bed needs mattress changing due to sagging. Juan was very helpful and answered all questions quickly."

"Pros: Huset är jättefräscht och rent. Det är perfekt om du har egen hyrbil (parkering vid ytterdörren ingår), för du kan åka lätt till och från huset. Säkert och fint område som huset ligger i. Huset ligger precis vid sanddynerna som du kan löpträna på eller ta promenader. Du kommer hela vägen ner till havet också via sanddynerna - perfekt morgonlöpning med dopp i havet. "Weather was good but too hot at times. Bed rooms were fab and the scuba diving centre was a highlight for me as it was based on the Hotel Campus. Breakfast was superb . Would look outside to Hotel for Dinner. Very sterile environment. No atmosphere. "

"Great place to stay for Porter del Carmen old town and harbour. Accommodation is great value for money as a whilst the food in the restaurant was limited choice, it was fairly good for all inclusive buffet. We enjoyed our stay here but was mainly a base for us. Be warned that the property is on s hill with lots of steps so if you have mobility issues then this isn't the property for you. Otherwise give it a go, it's good value for money and plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The main resort strip is about 15 minute walk. "

"I usually stay at a hotel down the road a wee bit but it was fully booked. So i went for this place as it was recommended by a friend. Didn't disappoint, i had a wonderful time. Everything was clean, staff were super helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be back "
