It has 4 bedrooms, and its 2 floors are connected on the outside (not inside). It offers a saltwater pool with panoramic views and is just 3 km from the sea (Bovo Marina beach). Its location is perfect for both nature lovers (the Torre Salsa and Foce del Fiume Platani nature reserves), and history and art lovers (the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, and Selinunte).
