"Friendly helpful staff. Location is good for Plentitude arena, but otherwise v quiet, although there is a train station very near. The doors close on an evening so you have to ring the bell to get in if you're coming back late, but that's fine as they answered us very quickly. Very clean and comfortable room. There was a fridge and Rituals bathroom toiletries which was very nice. A few areas of the room could have done with an update or fixing, but overall very happy."
