Make yourself at home in the middle of Chianti in this comfortable 2 bedroom property with a private garden area overlooking the countryside. The apartment is fully furnished with contemporary furniture and includes two new powerful AC/heating units & central heating for winter use. The apartment has a full bathroom, internet wifi, new induction kitchen with all you'd need, with linens & towels provided. There is an on-site tennis court and brand new pools (open from may 15st - 30th September)

Guests will have full access to plenty of parking space, the private outside garden, shared barbecue area and all communal areas including a beautiful spot to watch the sun set, a small children’s play area, two brand new swimming pools (2024)( a 1’50 meter deep large pool and a baby pool – please do not dive)

Self check in is from 3pm and checkout is at 11am.

We had a wonderful time staying at the house. The location is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature and the house itself is charming and well cared for. The swimming pool and the tennis court were fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Tuscan atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return one day

A gem of an apartment

The apartment is in a great location, is well equipped, has cold aircon (!), beautiful views and a lovely swimming pool. It’s exactly as described and a great location from which to explore all that Tuscany has to offer. I would highly recommend and hope to return. Thank you for having us.

Toller Urlaub mit minimaler Einschränkung

Der Urlaub war schön, die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und bietet viele Möglichkeiten des Zeitvertreibs. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gesäubert und war herrlich groß. Einziger Wermutstropfen, dass das WiFi in unserer Wohnung nicht ging, worüber wir aber vorher informiert worden sind. Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
