  • We offer our fully furnished, 52 m² (560 sq ft) apartment for summer rental. Renovated in summer 2019, it is ideally located in the heart of the Vendée countryside and bocage, 5 minutes from the town centre of Montaigu, shops, and the train station. Our region boasts a rich tourist offering, with activities for all ages and interests (history, sports, culture, leisure, etc.), including must-see attractions and hidden gems that we will be delighted to share with you, such as Puy du Fou, the Hellfest site, the Maison de la Rivière (River House), and the Machines de l'Île in Nantes. The apartment is attached to the owners' house (a former farmhouse) and completely independent, with a private garden and access to our pond. We would be pleased to share it with you. Merci !!!!
