"An amazing location and a beautiful building. The hotel staff were also incredible, going above and beyond to help me with a poorly timed dental emergency. Thanks to Betty! Friendly and helpful in every way. Our only concern was to let potential guests know that you can be up three flights of winding medieval staircase plus in your room your bed maybe on a mezzanine, one more flight of narrow steps. If you have any infirmity this might be too much!"

"We’ve stayed at the Cep many times and it never lets us down. The welcome is always so friendly, the location couldn’t be better right in the heart of Beaune, and having secure parking is a real bonus. The rooms are always comfortable, which makes it feel like coming back to a favourite place."

"Great spot. Clean. Well looked after. Safe motorcycle (and car) parking. Used the spa and sauna after a long ride. Fined in the restaurant for dinner, which was exactly as I’d hoped and expected. Decent food and nice service. Would recommend as a stop on a journey or if you’re visiting the town. "

"We loved our stay here in Beaune! The hotel really went above and beyond to make our stay special, including nightly tea and chocolates. The town on Beaune is beautiful and very easy to walk to from the hotel. There are plenty of dining options and some cute stores in the town, and it’s a great base to explore the Burgundy region. I’d happily stay again! "
