"Our 3 kids enjoyed the pool and the restaurant was excellent. It was also very handy having the option to reserve your bakery order for pickup each morning along with take out pizzas. Very comfortable 3 nights and the town of Ascona was lovely"

"Staff allowed our whole family to relax in the spa since our room wasn’t ready. Only downside was that my daughter got bit by a poisonous spider and it caused her to not be able to walk with shoes. This happened at the villas, not the hotel bc it was just opening for the season and probably had a lot of bugs hiding out. They gave us champagne on arrival and staff was super kind to us. "

"Lovely local area - very authentically Italian. However 40 mins drive uphill from main Como lake and city, 25 mins drive to the local lake area advertised on site. Parking extremely difficult as busy with restaurant and the locals. Restaurants/shops nearby are delicious and very cheap in comparison to down in Como. Views are beautiful and the accommodation itself if nice. "

"Beautiful l, spacious and comfortable apartment above Piazza Costello with a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore. Apartment is a bit difficult to locate. Parking is limited and distant. Once we arrived at the apartment, our trip was most enjoyable. "

"We really appreciated the ability to use the laundry room. We used it twice during our stay. The rooms were nice with a beautiful view from the balcony, but definitely could have been cleaner ahead of our check in."
